ABOUT US

Quite Lite’s Modular Panel System was created by Lawrence Drake in 2009 and developed over a four year period. What started out as a retirement project in his home shop to create a small camper for utility trailers grew into a solution for a variety of applications where a lightweight, portable, modular shelter was needed. Drake applied his experience in aviation construction as well as manufacturing to come up with a novel approach to both campers and shelters, refining the design and improving the functionality through many iterations of the campers and shelters. The result is a very rugged structure that assembles with only a screwdriver in a short time. For that reason our unofficial slogan has become “One person, one hour, one screwdriver.” A team of suppliers and talented individuals was assembled to produce the Quite Lite Campers & Shelters for the various applications. Based in the Front Range of Colorado, Quite Lite Campers & Shelters takes pride in our products being “Made in Colorado.” Shelters have been shipped to locations across the country including the northern reaches of Alaska, as well as to India, Australia, Korea, China and Taiwan with additional requests from other parts of the world as well. The team is ever-excited about the product and is constantly impressed by the creative applications that customers find for Quite Lite Campers & Shelters.
